FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY BRISBANE

 Yes! I’ve worked as a photographer for the past 30+ years. I’m fully insured, I know all the tricks for getting fantastic photos, and was an award winning member of the AIPP .

My studio is in Lawnton, 25km north of Brisbane. Most of my family sessions are located on the north side but I’m always happy to travel.

 No need to panic. As a photographer who’s used to working outdoors, I’m always happy to reschedule until we have beautiful sunshine and weather.

A typical family session is 1-hour long. But I’m not a stickler for time. I’d rather make sure we have enough beautiful photos of your family than worry about the time.

That’s totally fine. Things happen, kids get sick, it’s all part of life. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible.

Yes! I’ve been photographing families and weddings for decades, so I know lots of gorgeous locations throughout Brisbane.

The question I’m always asked before a family photoshoot. I’ve put together a useful guide to help you and your family plan your outfits so you all look fabulous! This will be emailed to you at the time of your booking.

Don’t overthink it. It’s literally just hanging out at the park, beach, or home, with me. And I LOVE a chat. Also, you get a questionnaire before the family session so I’ll already know some fun things about you. Actually, most people comment on how much they enjoyed their family  photography. I promise, it’s actually lots of fun!

That’s not a problem. I offer Zoom viewings of your gallery and can have your artwork drop-shipped or posted directly to you.

Absolutely! I totally understand that family get togethers don’t happen often. So, when they do, you’ll want as many photos as possible. I don’t limit the number of people in the family session but remember, it’s only a 1-hour session. I’m happy to stay a bit longer to get more photos, but it’s important to know what family photos are a priority on the day.

Yes, yes, yes! Crazy dog lover here. I totally understand how the doggos are a much-loved member of the family. 

Of course. There are lots of reasons my clients request photos at home. It could be it’s on a gorgeous property, it’s their happy place, or it could be a mobility issue for a family member. Whatever the reason, I’m happy to take photos at whatever location makes your photos special to you.

If the kids don’t cooperate, don’t worry. I’ve worked with so many kids, and they all warm up to me. Eventually 😂

It also helps that I bring bubbles, chocolates, balls, squeaky toys, and am a big kid at heart. And I’m great at chasing kiddies around the park and getting natural fun photos of them.

Yes. I have digital collections but a large part of the service I provide is offering my clients professionally crafted albums, framed prints, canvases and prints. All the products I offer are of the utmost quality to ensure the images I create are produced the way they are intended.

My print collections and albums containing 10 fine art photographs and matching digitals start at $750.

My digital collections start at $695.

As a guideline clients usually spend between $1200 and $3000 on prints, albums and  artwork for their home.
