We all have budgets, but please don’t let money be the only factor when booking your photographer. Wedding photography is an investment and your wedding photos are forever. If you can book a cheap photographer you’re most likely getting a hobbyist who knows little about working with the elements, lighting, posing and organising people. They are unlikely to have any back-up equipment for emergencies. You may get lucky and like your photos but you should LOVE your photos! LOVE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER! Well at least like them a whole lot! We get to spend the whole day with you so you need to make sure you’re going to have fun! And not every photographer/client relationship is the right fit. So sit down, pick up the phone, have a chat and get to know each other before the day. I’ve had clients who call me and after a 2 hour marathon conversation of laughter and wedding banter, were more than happy to book me. Connection is important so find a photographer who feels like a friend.

There are no stupid questions. Ask anything & everything! Your Yandina Station Wedding photographer is there to make your day run smoothly. Always ask what’s included. Many photographers have different ways of designing their wedding packages and collections. My clients get all their images from the day on a USB. I like simplicity. But there are many alternatives so make sure you know what’s included in your wedding package.
