What you need to know when booking a professional photographer Brisbane

Booking a Professional Photographer Brisbane

There’s always a few questions you should ask before booking a professional photographer in Brisbane. So please, have a read through my ‘frequently asked questions’ and if you still have a questions, get in touch here.

Where am I?

I have a studio just 26km north of Brisbane. Although I am a Brisbane wedding, family, newborn and portrait photographer, I love to travel anywhere and everywhere. In fact, I’ve traveled throughout South East Queensland, New South Wales and even the tropical Whitsundays to photograph weddings.

Family photography sessions are usually held at a nearby outdoor location or in my studio.

Who am I?

I’m a wife, mother of two amazing young adults and am crazy about photography, my family, wine and dogs! Photography is my passion and I believe everyone should invest in photographs. Photos are the legacy we leave behind. And, you never tire of looking at photographs of your loved ones.

What Do You Get When You Book A Professional Photographer?

An amazing experience, lots of laughs and beautiful images to keep forever. I provide only the best albums, framed prints and artwork that will be cherished keepsakes for decades.

Because I’m also an experienced family and newborn photographer, you also get a photographer for all your future family photographs.

What Gear Do you Have?

Because I photograph weddings, it’s vital to have back-up photography equipment. My current camera is a Canon MKIV and I also have a Canon MKIII as my spare should anything happen. My equipment includes a range of prime lenses and telephoto lenses and a macro lens for the details shots. Additionally, I have extra batteries, memory cards, flashes, lighting equipment and umbrellas. The umbrellas are handy for both rain and doing some creative flash photography at night.

Education and Experience

For the past 25 years I’ve worked as a professional photographer in Brisbane. During this time I’ve invested in equipment, workshops and a variety of photographic events for my continual development as a photographer. I am an accredited member of the AIPP and am fully insured. I also have a Degree in Communications with majors in public relations and journalism and work as a freelance copywriter for creatives and SEO specialist.
